I've always been passionate about health and fitness. Starting as a gymnast through most of my childhood and eventually transitioned into CrossFit which I did for 12 years (6 of them competitive).
Over the years, I've garnered a vast knowledge of functional nutrition. Emphasizing hormone health, optimizing metabolism and helping individuals find nutritional freedom!
My nutritional coaching approach is based primarily on lifestyle factors and individualization, both critical factors to success. I take time to work with every individual to figure out the best plan based on their specific needs and goals.
